Review of Stagecoach (1939) by Nicolas A — 04 Apr 2009
A great western ! it really was, the tensions between the characters where so magnificant directed by John Ford that this couldnt be a failure. With powerfull performances by John Wayne, Thomas Mitchell and the rest of the cast is what makes this movie even better.
The suspence init is wonderful, expecially in the scene with the attack of the Apache combined with great cinematography. This is one of the most impressing westerns ive seen, a real classic and a must see.
