A fun re-imagining of a classic British Ealing comedy. It is far from perfect, and there are many forced or contrived bits, but it is an enjoyable time killer - the kind of film you can watch with your mom and you'll both smile and have a few good laughs.

And there are some hot chicks. Russell Brand is surprisingly not annoying in this - as he is in almost everything else he does including his horrible stand up routines. The only super creepy part is Rupert Everett playing in drag playing a woman - the caps they put on his teeth make him look as hideous as anything you can imagine in your worst nightmare - and watching Colin firth have to act like he is in love with this hideous woman is just another piece of proof that Firth is in fact a very good actor.

If you like harmless British comedies that are feel good and not the least bit edgy, this is your kind of movie.
