Comical and cheesy with funny jokes from the start, it remains wacky and silly throughout but has very few laughable moments. You'll either love or hate Nielsen's rubber-face portrayal of Steele, but it provides light entertainment if nothing else.
Dated now, it does wear thin by the end.
