Melissa McCarthy is easily the most likeable actress working today, and she is the main reason why this movie works. The other reason is Paul Feig, who has directed some of the funniest movies of the past decade.
(If you've never seen "Three O'Clock High" from 1987, you need to!). Funny when it needs to be and some great action scenes to boot!
