There's stupid, and there's funny stupid. Melissa McCarthy's movies generally walk on both sides of that street. The funny stupid parts were hilarious and, admittedly, more numerous than the just plain stupid parts.
If you're not easily offended by vulgar, crude, hit or miss attempts at humor, you'll probably enjoy this movie.
