The best movie of 2015. An absolutely phenomenal film that gets better with each viewing. Mark Ruffalo gives the best performance of his career (With all due respect to Mark Rylance, Ruffalo should have won the Academy Award.
). The entire cast is excellent as well. "Spotlight" also makes a point that many people fail to realize. Print journalism is still a very important and relevant medium even today in the age of "The Huffington Post" and other online newspapers.
I am very happy this film took home the Oscars for Best Picture and Best Original Screenplay, but it should have won every category it was nominated in. In is that great of a film.
