Review of Spotlight (2015) by Sanjay R — 28 Apr 2016
This movie/story is one that definitely needs to be told, and the acting is great, particularly by Ruffalo, but I would be lying if I said I didn't get really bored at times during this film. It just comes off as a bone dry film for the critics to drool over.
The film develops well and is interesting in spurts, but I wouldn't recommend this one for entertainment. Perhaps if you have a particular interest in the subject matter you will enjoy it more than I did.
