Review of Spontaneous (2020) by Realperson2018 — 07 Mar 2022
"Spontaneous" took me by surprise. It is not the kind of movie I typically choose to watch, but I really, really liked it. The best part is the two main characters and the young actors who portray them.
They pull off the difficult feat of making the implausible plot believable. And they make their sometimes prickly characters lovable. The plot is ridiculous. But the movie makes an important statement about life none the less.
Will I watch it again? Probably not. But it was well worth my time and maybe your time to watch it once.
