For a movie made in 1992, it really hit the nail on the head about 2008...except for the uber=strong rat-beast/humanoid thing...Its a damn good effort from Rutger Hauer To be a bad ass. He's a bit like Anthony Stewart Head from the Buffy series, but you know, a bad ass.
Look, I don't feel like explaining it fully, but damn it, a mutant totally rips out peoples hearts and eats them. What the hell else do you need to know? If you can get a copy(its in the Moritorium so good luck) do so, because its bad sci-fi at its semi-best.
