Despite the low-budget , this to me was great buddy cop film was it`s dark moments , it`s funny moments . And I wished it started a franchise with it`s surviving cast members .
But Rutger Hauer and his partner played by neil Duncan played well of each other .
And I`m looking for this film on Dvd . can anyone help me find it . :).
