Review of Split Second (1992) by Tim L — 12 Jul 2007
This movie is kind of like Velma from Scooby Doo; It's secretly hot and never really got enough play. Rutger Hauer is perfectly cast as a chocolate addicted, motorcycle obsessed cop in a future London.
Occult influences and symbolism is mixed with a dystopian vision of the future and the whole tasty mix is bound with lashings of ultra-violence. One of my all time favourite films.
