Dark, emotional, and overflowing with acting talent, Split is a fantastic return to form for M. Night Shyamalan. James McAvoy gives one of the best performances of his career, and the film as a whole is proof that PG-13 horror is an underrated genre.
Honestly, the only way Shyamalan could improve on the film is to make a crossover with Unbreakable.
