Review of Spirits of the Dead (1968) by Tony P — 21 May 2007
A guilty pleasure indeed- this spectacular collection of excellent directors in short form, each tackling stories by none other than Edgar Allan Poe.
Packed with sordid romance, we are taken through the wild and fanciful with our hearts in our mouths.
It is Fellini's final piece that is, in my opinion, the most succesful piece of the film, with an excellent performance by Terence Stamp.
