I appreciate the attempt to make another modern-day adaptation of the beloved Christmas Carol story and it's real nice how it all ties together with the original take, but the execution of turning this movie into a musical falls flat on its face.

Ryan Reynolds and Will Ferrell are great actors in their own right, but they can't sing and it's a complete miscast right from the start. Hardly any of the songs are memorable and the cringe acting doesn't mix will with the theme.

Was honestly expecting something a lot better.
