Review of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) by Simon G — 17 Dec 2018

This movie was just spectacular. First of all, the animation style was very cool looking. It was very unique, and I had never seen it before. Second, this movie was hilarious. They had so many jokes, but they also did an amazing job of having a perfect balance between jokes and serious plot points that made the movie even better.

Third, I believe the characters were all handled amazingly, and each and every one of the actors did a splendid job. Also, the villains were also handled amazingly. Kingpin and The Prowler had so much depth, and that is new for Marvel.

However, I was really excited to see Scorpion and Tombstone, which I have to say weren't that well, but alas, they were side characters. Fifth, this movie also delivers a VERY positive message. It gets across very well, and it is a very inspiring quote.

Overall, I would say that this is one of the best-animated films and just an all around great movie.
