Review of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) by 40Whitemale — 11 Mar 2019

On one point I stopped watching animated movies. And spider man is really not my favourite character. But as the trailer came in and the critics who had already have seen the movie have been so positive about the movie I thought, OK, let's give it a chance. And wow. I was so surprised: this is the best animated movie I have seen. There are parts of the settings where I was blown away by the visual ideas. The tone, the mood, the style. Everything was just mastrefull. The story was well structured, although the twist was not that hard to figure out. Still: worth see as it hits you a little bit emotionally. No spolers, so you should get that experience yourself.

I hope we will get a second part … This is my approach to spider man. And I like it.
