It's pretty good as far as superhero flicks go, but don't go rushing to the nearest theater. It won't surpass Wonder Woman or Logan as the best comic inspired films of the year. Tom Holland is probably my favorite Spider-Man.
He fits the role perfectly, but there are a number of tropes found in the Marvel universe that continue in this installment. Michael Keaton was great as usual and Donald Glover's appearance was welcomed.
Worth the price of a ticket, but not something I'll be trying to see again any time soon.
