Fully embracing its high school charm and completely unbothered by the Marc Webb era, MCU's Spider-Man Homecoming is self-inspired own while being too referential on more iconic moments to the point of dependency. But, hey. At least it's not Ant-Man.
Michael Keaton and Marshall Logan-Green also play forgettable villains and there's another fat best friend trope, so minus points for that.
