Review of Spider-Man 2 (2004) by Cole W — 09 Jul 2017

Spider-Man 2 still has some of the cool action sequences that made the first so entertaining, it has a menacing, yet sympathetic villain and it improves with a pretty deep story and character depth. It doesn't have quite as much of the action like the first movie, though it does something that most superhero movies don't usually do is focus on the guy under the mask (be it the hero or villain) and give a bit of depth to that character and it makes for a surprisingly deep superhero movie.
