Review of Spellbound (2002) by Hannibal O — 05 Sep 2007
I'll always remember the word I misspelled in my elementary school spelling bee - "gorilla" Anyway, knowing how to spell well isn't very impressive, but it was interesting to see the backgrounds these kids came from and the dedication they put into preparing for this competition.
I highly recommend you check it out. FYI: The Indian kid with the crazy parents from the OC attends Cal Berkeley (of course ;).
