Colorful and campy, cartoony acting. The cartoon was terrible, so expecting more from the movie is a bit silly. There wasn't much reason to make a movie like this, since they didn't really expand on the concept at all, they just wanted an excuse to make some really cool eye candy.
And they suceeded... it looks amazing.
