Keanue Reeves gives yet another underwhelming performance and even Sandra Bullock's character is so badly written she comes off as nearly psychotic. However issues with characterization and acting are more than made up for by the adrenaline high, none stop suspense of the film.
It may be ridiculous but it is hella fun.
