Ok so it's true the film isn't very faithful to the comic, most of the supporting performances are blah, and it definetly could have been darker but I can't help myself I enjoy this flick. The main reason I enjoy it is the visuals for this movie are amazing.
Sometimes the visuals of a film strike me so much that plot and character become unimportant. The film's vision of hell is unforgetable, the spawn costume is badass and Violater is amazing. The CGI is dated but still acceptable.
Micheal Jai White and John Leguizamo are both very well cast. Leguizamo is both hilarious and creepy at the same time.
