Review of Sparkle (2012) by Rodney W — 18 Aug 2012
Absolutely wonderful movie. All of the actors did excellent jobs. Whitney was all that I knew she would be, and it was an honor to see her in her final screen performance. The shocker was Jordin Sparks who was surprisingly perfect for the role of Sparkle.
Her singing was far more superior to any of her previous recordings in my opinion. And her acting was top notch. This movie is a definite go see, and I plan to see it again. It will also be something I add to my collection once released on DVD.
I give it 2 thumbs up...:-).
