A disappointing film which unevenly straddles the divide between light-hearted romcom and emotional drama, unsure as to what it wants to be. Ideas are poked at from afar and characters only broadly sketched, the script thinking it's more intelligent and earnest than it is.
Occasionally funny, but on the whole a bit depressing.
