Review of Soylent Green (1973) by Recep G — 29 Feb 2008
The heinous truth about Soylent Green seems quite rational and acceptable to me. We did it already for the fish and poultry, am I wrong? It is still very tragic of course. But, the life of "furniture girls" and people sleeping on the stairs are far more tragic.
The scenes depicting the joy of eating fresh food and the longing of pristine environment are vey touching.
The riot scene is hilarious.
A very dark yet plausible view of future.
