First, you probably won't see this movie if you are rabidly against the Obama Administration or believe that Mr Obama is not a US citizen by birth. Second, if you think Mr and Mrs Obama are two of the best people ever to reside in the White House, this film will not disappoint.

It may make you wonder -- if you, like I am -- are white anglo-saxon protestant -- why anyone ever accused him of "not being Black enough; but it won't leave you feeling like you didn't get to know the man and the first lady.

Their "first date" was nearly a disaster, but held promise for their eventual marriage by the end of its day. I loved this movie; crying real tears at the conclusion. Some movies I really want to cry over -- like St.

Vincent, for example -- but I don't. SOUTHSIDE WITH YOU made me cry because I believe Mr Obama has had to put up with more vitriol than any other US president.
