Review of Southland Tales (2007) by Audrey R — 16 Aug 2010
Richard Kelly's "Southland Tales" is an extremely odd film that tackles a lot of social issues all at once. It never really makes it through all of them because weirdness starts creeping in, but that's what makes "Southland Tales" so interesting.
It's definitely not for everyone, but if you enjoyed "Donnie Darko," you'll probably like this film as well. Recommended.
