Review of Southland Tales (2007) by Grant R — 19 Apr 2015
Watch the Cannes festival version and compare to theatrical version. I think that Southland Tales needs to be told in a "HBO Drama" format over enough episodes to develop all of the concepts from the graphic novels and both film releases.
"Only then can the Truth be told" (a Devo quote - but unusually appropriate). One day it will be re-made in some format - they are re-making so many other less interesting films these days.
