Review of Southland Tales (2007) by Harry W — 18 Oct 2013
Sharp modernist photography sets this movie into its futuristic style. Actors put in a fine performance in this rather odd-ball set up that has one a little perplexed. One is sure that the director knows where he is going but that the script writer does not, thus leaving a rather jagged story.
It is worth the watch, but be careful, I think the amnesia maybe contagious. Nibbles: Creamed Rice Pudding.
