Decent sweat-filled action movie where a bunch of National Guard troops are hunted DELIVERANCE-style through the swamps of Louisana. It's typical of that 70's talky and snarky US action film genre with solid direction from WALTER HILL.
But it's sadly not *classic* enough to elevate it beyond cult status.
