I have been waiting to see this for a while. I enjoyed the film, because it's a true story. That is about all it had going for it. I'm sorry but I just couldn't get past the lead actors acting.

I'm sure she tried hard, but her acting fell very short. I love movies especially when they move me inside. Sorry this didn't do it. Poorly acted, and as another reviewer said Hollywood Cheese to the extreme.

Why was Carrie underwood in this movie? Just to sell tickets. Don't get me wrong I love her singing and her beliefs, but stick to singing please. The real bethany is amazing. I wish they did a better job with the movie, because they had a real story here and could have made it a 5 star movie.

....instead 3.5 is all I could give this movie.
