Review of Soul Surfer (2011) by Ashley H — 21 Sep 2015
Soul Surfer is a decent film. It is about teenage surfer surfer Bethany Hamilton who overcomes the odds and her own fears of returning to the water after losing her left arm in a shark attack. AnnaSophia Robb and Dennis Quaid give good performances.
The screenplay is a little slow in places. Sean McNamara did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the drama and sports.
