Review of Sorry, Wrong Number (1948) by Kerri S — 23 Aug 2007

I really like the radio drama that this film was inspired by. But this film did not quite live up to it. At all. Barbara Stanwyck's character is so annoying, that I found I didn't really care if she got the ax or not.

The film waters down the suspense with a lot of uninteresting backstory. It's okay overall, but I would recommend listening to the radio drama instead.
