My friends told me I should go see this, not because they thought I'd like it, but because they thought I'd hate it, but they wanted to know for sure. I didn't hate it, but immediately after I got out of the theater, I texted them "wtf did I just watch".

I'm not even sure what to say because I don't want to spoil anything. All I can say is that it definitely has an unexpected twist that nobody in their right mind will see coming, and while it's so outrageous and crazy, it's also one of those things where, if they didn't take a weird turn, I'm not sure where this film could have gone.

It feels like they were trying to make the next "Get Out", but it definitely doesn't get anywhere close to that level.
