Review of Sophie's Choice (1982) by Gio H — 09 Oct 2007
Meryl Streep in one of the best performances of her career. This film is a little too slow for me but Streep single-handedly keeps the movie watchable. The story was good but the film dragged a little bit and people who can't handle a rather slow pacing film with a lot of dialogue should probably stay away from it.
Overall, while the film is a little slow, Meryl Streep's performance is more than enough reason for a viewing.
