Review of Sophie's Choice (1982) by Lubaina K — 12 Mar 2009
I totally loved this movie. Meryl Streep's award winning performance was the highlight of the movie. The subtely and maturity with which the relationships amongst the 3 main characters were handled, truly displayed the intrciacy and complexity of human relationships.
Filled with passion, love, intensity, friendships and insecurities, this movie to me seemed like a life of 3 people who fought very hard to hide their dark sides, make their good sides more prominent, for the people they loved.
