Review of Sophie Scholl: The Final Days (2005) by Louise C — 23 Nov 2010
The true story about Germany's most famous anti-Nazi heroine, brilliantly told by director Marc Rothemund and *superbly* acted by Julia Jentsch (as Sophie) and Gerald Alexander Held in the role of her interrogator.
The film was nominated for Oscar and deservely so. No one makes better movies about WW2 than the Germans!
