There are both streanghts and weaknesses. Personaly, I could not enjoy this movie. I remember a very quiate theater not showing a single reaction. They try very hard to make Sonic funny and every damn joke just lands flat and uninspiring, theres very little character development with Tails, and this movie is overall trying to act like a very lazy kids movie.
There are way to many plotholes and very convenient moments that makes this movies look like it was rushed. And the family dinamic and message has been done to death. Hollywood creativity could not die any faster.
There are very easy to fix problems in this movie. The fact that they never put the time and effort to fix them showed me just how little they cared avout this movie,or its probably all done on purpose knowing how cheap the audience is.
