What a beautiful, wonderful film. Song of the Sea is a joy to watch both through storytelling and visually. At times it feels like a storybook come to life. Following in the same design as The Secret of the Kells, this visual masterpiece is also a heartwarming film with magic, adventure and family, filled with emotion and taking you on journey through Irish myth.
Easily enjoyed by both children and adults alike I highly recommend it. The music, the visual style and the story will sweep you away and is a great testament to the fact that you don't need the shiny Disney visuals to tell an amazing story on screen.
