Review of Son of Frankenstein (1939) by Ed C — 16 Nov 2009
This is a great movie but Bela Lugosi stole the show as Ygor. It is great how they introduced Basil Rathbone as Wolf Von Frankenstein and how Henry Frankenstein had a sone. I liked how they showed the villagers the hatred toward the Frankenstein family. The only thing that was odd was when they had a car drive them to the castle, because in the next one Ghost of Frankenstein it looks like it is still in the past.
Great movie.
