One of the all-time best love stories. I love this movie to death; the only thing wrong with it is that the comedic timing is way off. Chris Reeve played the part just a tad too light, in my opinion. Read the book and you will know what I am talking about.
I have both issues of the novel : A hardback version with the original title "Bid Time Return", and a soft cover version after the re-issue when the movie came out witih the same title as the movie.
Fantastic read and a fantastic movie. Jane Seymore is beautiful - perfect for the role. The music is haunting.
