Jane Seymour before she was Dr. Quinn. It is a lot like Titanic crossed with Avatar in that Reeve's character has hypnotized himself back to 1912, though his physical body is still in 1980 (thus when he comes out of it, his real body is exhausted just like in Avatar).
It is similar to many Nicholas Sparks films.
