Review of Somewhere (2010) by Leilani M — 21 May 2011
Slow, slow, slow, slow, SLOW!!!! My attention span revolted against the complete and utter lack of interesting events taking place here. I can't believe I'm about to say this, but the pole dancing twins were the most interesting thing that happened in this whooooooooooooooole entire hour and a half and they were only in it briefly at the beginning.
Elle Fanning doesn't have to worry about living in her more famous sister's shadow for long and even Chris Pontius (one of the Jackass boys) didn't strike me as out of place here. But in the epic battle for my attention, this movie lost by a landslide to everything else in the world.
