Review of Somewhere (2010) by Marcus W — 02 May 2011

I was in Vegas watching the Craps table scene being shot so I really wanted to see this movie. A slow burner but Coppola portrays the emotional journey Johnny takes extremely well, showing that being famous is not all it's cracked up to be.

The relationship between between Johnny and Cleo is moving and as the story progresses, you feel more and more of their loneliness and witness that the cons of fame outweigh the pros by a mile. The saying is true.

..money does not buy you happiness!
