Grab the Kleenex NOW! This is a seriously intense movie that details the tragedy of the Rwandan genocide in 1994. I was ashamed to realize that I had no idea what was going on at the time and that my country had turned their backs on this travesty.
Hotel Rwanda is not as hard hitting as this...You see the death totals flash on the screen for each day!!! Idris Elba is phenomenal in this role as well as the rest of the cast. Please watch and spread the word.
