In comparison with "Hotel Rwanda", I'd say this movie has more documentary value, and less artistic value. The acting varies from unconvincing to superb and back. Presentation of the gacaca courts, incredibly important in the aftermath of the genocide, is a great asset.
Like its predecessor, it's very disturbing - leaving us with innumerous questions and a sense of guiltiness - and it should do so. I guess these stories always need to be retold.
