Nice-mellow-glow adult romantic comedy with an essential seriousness at its core. Together Nicholson and Keaton are natural and spontaneous, both give remarkably unguarded performances, Keaton even completely disrobing for a hilarious bit in which Nicholson walks in on her, nearly fracturing his neck in his haste to look away.
