Jonathan Demme is such a cool director who knows how to make a real classic.
Jeff Daniels is ultra-cool in his shirt and freaky glasses and Melanie Griffith sexy in her rock and roll-outfit. David Byrne sings the intro too! Ray Liotta is quite scary as the gangster and old boyfriend of Lulu (AKA Audrey). It's fascinating too see the mothers of Demme and Byrne (Dorothy & Emma). The soundtrack is absolutely awesome and all the pictures and colors stick in your mind forever.
