Review of Something Borrowed (2011) by Ally J — 23 Nov 2011

I found this movie not to be the dirty-pleasure that it was intended to be, but a mediocre film that sends out the message that when you cheat with your best friend's fiancé, everything turns out fine.

The acting wasn't anything special, though I found that Krasinski partially pulled this wagon out of the mud while Goodwin ran around like an idiot. Despite liking Krasinski's acting, I found the script took John's character's dry humor too far and instead of making it a treat throughout the film, an obnoxious scream from the peanut gallery.

Overall, the film lacked to satisfy me with a good plot or acting.
